Issue 274: Configure driver for HDQ (Battery monitor)

Reported by Nikolaus Schaller, Aug 2, 2011

It appears that Linux already comes with appropriate drivers for
OMAP/HDQ and BQ27000. Here is some description:

http://kerneltrap.org/mailarchive/git-commits-head/2008/11/13/4080434

Open: how to configure in the board file. Or must we insmod the
drivers so that we can pass appropriate parameters?

There is a HDQ driver for the GTA02:

https://dev.openwrt.org/browser/trunk/target/linux/s3c24xx/patches/00
78-introduce-bq27000-battery-driver.patch.patch?rev=13609

It makes the battery accessible through:

cat /sys/devices/platform/bq27000-battery.0/power_supply/bat/*

We should see a similar entry on the GTA04 if the driver loads
properly.
