Issue 468: Xorg does not find a frame buffer on Letux 3704 ("mux=" boot argument works now)

The "mux=" __setup() mechanism is needed to switch 
betweeen the L2804, L3704, L7004 display drivers.
But since 3.10 kernel we get a "section mismatch error" 
for code that did work on 3.7.

Now working.

But it eveals another issue on the L3704 device with the interaction 
of the com37 panel driver and the framebuffer.

Therefore I leave it open, changed the title and take ownership.

There was
* wrong array position of display panel driver name
* wrong polarity of the STBY line in the (fixed) COM37 driver.

Fixed by 21551e630f99586fb1347234a3dca4198beb5dfa
