Issue 507: Voice routing to SoC appears to be broken

If we revert the voice routing patch the ./dial script works.

Someone has reported that 'Voice to TWL4030' works.

So the voice routing patch does not longer control the tri-stating 
of the McBSP-DX and TWL-DX line correctly.

Has been fixed (we did have a driver duplication for the TWL4030 
audio and there have been issues with writing to twl registers 
without reading before).
