Issue 651: Fix WiFi power saving in libertas_sdio

Battery lasts for only 2-3h if Wifi is enabled.

It seems as power-saving is not enabled or broken in mainline linux 
for libertas_sdio.

Paul might have a look at it for our 3.12 Android kernel:

Mainline kernel (linux-next) has working power saving during 
connections. There are still parts to be upstreamed.

What needs to be checked: wpa_supplicant configuration in
userspace. The settings for the scanning interval should be sane.
