Issue 655: GPS antenna detect

uses extcon-gpio (which has been fixed for DT).
But does not work in a first test.
Maybe the supply voltage is not enabled. I.e. detection works only 
if GPS is enabled.
Or it is a bug in the DT extension of the driver (why are there 
separate irq-flags needed?)

LNA voltage is only 1.8V - see Issue #656

Since this is a duplicate and the antenna detect (ext con driver) 
does work, we close this issue.
