Issue 695: gpadc-iio driver for TWL6037

we now have a working gpadc driver but need one that provides an iio 
user space interface.

Then, we can make the twl4030-madc-battery driver more universal:
* it is not really dependent on twl4030 so get rid of the reference 
in the name
* it is not really madc dependent
* what we need are just some iio channels and an adc device we can 
specify to get voltages and currents from

gpio driver has been accepted - will ripple through to linus/master 
in 4.4 or 4.5:
