Issue 696: WL183x drivers

for the Pyra and the GTA04A5 we will use the WL183x WLAN+BT modules 
based on the TiWi8 chipset.
We need to integrate/adjust all required kernel drivers and make the 
device known by the device tree.
We need to add power control.
If possible, we should add the firmware to /lib/firmware

Works on Pyra now.

Firmware that matches the chip versions we currently have is also 
included in the Letux tree.
