Issue 697: make hw-test work again completely on rolling version kernel

the last kernel that correctly reports hw-test results is the 3.12 
kernel.
On all later ones, there are functions/drivers/configs missing (or 
have moved to different /sys file names).

Almost working - except tvout on/off.
And might need improvements to better handle expected and optional 
installed components.
And should be more aware of the real device variant, i.e. make 
checks dependent on DT model.

Status as of 4.8-rc1:
* has been restructured to have individual test functions
* makes it much easier to maintain
* has a knowledge database for GTA04 and Pyra (what is required, 
what is optional)
* tests almost the same things on GTA04 as before - except audio
* adds test for Gemalto PHS/PLS8
