Issue 699: ssd2858 panel driver

we need to convert the ssd2858 driver script into a native panel 
driver.
The panel driver should ask its slave panel for parameters and do 
all calculations the shell script is currently doing to set up the 
ssd2858.
The driver should also control the bypass switch so that the panel 
driver's DCS and MCS commands are correctly sent to the panel (and 
are not blocked by the ssd).

The other panel drivers should also be cleaned up.

Some system parameters should be derived from device tree (e.g. XTAL 
frequency of the ssd2858).

No longer needed (TILER can also rotate at less hardware and 
software efforts).
