while it appears to be useful to power on the OMAP if vbus becomes
available, an unplug event can be annoying.
The typical scenario is:
* device is connected to charger
* user does something
* finally powers off
* 1 hour later unplugs the usb charger to take the device
* it turns on... And must be turned off manually again
This is different from the GTA04 and Pandora.
If this can't be disabled within the Palmas initialization, we need
code in MLO/U-Boot to detect this unplug+power-on and turn off.
