Issue 856: Pyra & Pandora USB-Host power control from user-space

Reported by Nikolaus Schaller, Nov 27, 2017

find a standard way to control power of the external USB ports to
save energy.

Maybe it is possible through some /sys/usb/hub/power provided we
have the right power regulator associated with the phy node.

On Pandora there is some DT code:

http://git.goldelico.com/?p=gta04-kernel.git;a=blob;f=arch/arm/boot/d
ts/omap3-pandora-common.dtsi;h=64712a39f7cf4137b98d96f336e59264e724d5
b8;hb=5f44a9bd9445388c9007e884319918935af46169#l245

There is hsusb2 referencing vaux2 (?)
And usb_host_5v controling the gpio_164 - but it is not controlled
by anyone.
So maybe the &vaux2 is wrong?
