Issue 877: Accelerometer orientation

Accelerometer axis orientation seems to fit between GTA04A3/4 
(ITG3200) and GTA04A5 (BMC150), except for one axis polarity.

The horizontal axis is mirrored between devices.

mount-matrix has been implemented for all iio accelerometer drivers.

iio-input-bridge has been extended to detect and make use of the 
mount-matrix.
