Issue 940: convert pyra panel driver from omap-drm-dsi to drm-dsi

the special omap-drm-dsi panel support will disappear. A patch 
series by Sebastian Reichel is in review and may appear in 5.8-rc1.
This will break the current pyra dsi panel driver which must
a) be moved to drm panels
b) modified to handle the different API
Initial experiments had almost worked, but the panel wasn't 
initialized. Currently it is not exactly clear what the latest code 
base for the omap-drm-dsi series is to test with.

More specific we have to move the driver from:
drivers/gpu/drm/omapdrm/displays -> drivers/gpu/drm/panels
