Issue 280: Add DFU-Util

would be nice to directly read/write the NAND through DFU-Util.

Priority is low because there are other methods (use/flash SD).

And, the OpenMoko DFU-Util extensions have not yet made their way 
into mainline U-Boot.

This feature was rarely missing. Mainly if debugging kernels without 
working USB interface.

Unless booting and kenrel-USB on the device works a whole system 
upgrade can be installed through ssh over USB.
