Reason: the Linux kernel distinguishes between halt and poweroff.

Halt is intended to just stop CPU activites but not to power off. 
Because this is meaningless for the GTA04, we should not add to the 
confusion about these variants of the shutdown command, by having a 
different meaning in the U-Boot command.
