Issue 305: Rebase to latest official X-Loader and clean up/streamline

i.e. repair the git subtree of this project so that we can 
participate in the latest developments of the official X-Loader.

But we should keep:
* our own GTA04 version detection
* some additional PinMux settings
* memory configuration

No longer needed.

Modern U-Boot has "SPL" which generates the MLO/X-Loader 
from U-Boot sources , so "U-Boot" is the "official 
X-Loader".

Since we have it working since some days, we can close this issue 
now and the project soon.
