GNUstep Applications for mySTEP

This is a clone of the GNUstep Application Project (http://www.nongnu.org/gap/) sources from https://github.com/gnustep/gap.git.

It adds QuantumCode project files so that we can build binaries for the LetuxOS debian repository: http://download.goldelico.com/letux-debian-rootfs/debian/

We regularly update the base code from the gap project.

The plan is to never touch the original code here, but fix mySTEP if incompatibilities arise or submit patches to the GAP project.
