Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Place the attached document linktest.html in local filestore.
2. Open the document in Vespucci.
3. Click on the words 'GNUstep website' (which is a link).

Expected result: Should go to the GNUstep web-site.

Actual result: Nothing - continues to display the local document. 
Reports 'NO URL for link http://www.gnustep.org' as shown in 
attached terminal output results.txt.

Links from local to local and from online to online work OK.
