Issue 30: LCM detection does not work

The idea is to write some 0 and 1 bits to the DOUT GPIO and read 
back through DIN. This should allow to recognized if R202 is 
installed or not.

Unfortunately this does not reliably work :(

Problem was that R202 is 10kOhm (instead of 1kOhm). Therefore the 
PUP/PDN collide.
