Issue 290: Display flicker on GTA04A3 (DM3730 boards)

The boot splash image shows some flicker on the A3 boards with 
DM3730. The same SD card booted on a OMAP3530 board does not 
flicker.

Most likely this is some different initialization for the DSS driver 
and or PLL.
